Job:                       Accounts Assistant/Purchase Ledger (Temporary)

Location:             Farnham Common

Salary:                   £11.00 – £14.00 per hour

Main Responsibilities:

  • Produce purchase ledger and subcontractor payment runs
  • Preparing purchase ledger invoices for BACS and Cheque payment runs
  • Registering Invoices onto Accounts system
  • Preparing sub-contractor system for a weekly payroll run
  • Chasing for VAT invoices where applicable
  • Processing/querying expense claims
  • Statement of reconciliation on Excel

Key Skills: 

  • Fast and accurate typing skills
  • Numerate
  • An interest in accounts


  • Previous purchase ledger experience is essential for this role
