Job:                       Collections Team Leader

Location:             Slough 

Hourly Pay:        £28000 – £31000

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage the full arrears from day 1 to closure
• Managing team individuals and their workloads
• Ensuring that all procedures are fully adhered to
• Applying communication, negotiation, customer service and collection skills, the team leverages collateral into payments
• Bringing arrears accounts up to date to achieve monetary goals
• Assists customers to ensure a solid credit history
• Responsible for the effective management of our third-party providers post-termination.

Experience:

• Previous collections experience is essential
