Main Responsibilities:

Our client with lovely offices in High Wycombe is currently looking for a highly customer focused Customer Care Advisor to work within the customer care team. Within the role you will be responding to customer queries via telephone, email and web chat. You will build strong working relationships with customers and liaise with warehouse and couriers to resolve an issues.

Key Skills: 

  • Confident telephone manner
  • Good attention to detail
  • Great written and verbal communication skills


  • Previous telephone-based customer service experience
