Main Responsibilities:

Our client is seeking a candidate who has office-based Customer Service experience that includes processing orders.  The successful candidate will process customer orders efficiently, accurately and in a timely manner in order to meet customer expectations and company needs. You will also have responsibility for communicating the status of customer orders to internal and external customers. Prioritising customer deliveries in order to meet delivery expectations and corporate agreements and liaising with suppliers to ensure fulfilment of customer orders in order to meet departmental and business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have SAP experience although this is not essential.
