Job Title:                     Customer Service Executive

Our client is looking for someone who is happy to work in a busy environment.  They are looking for a Customer Service candidate who is happy on the phone, taking orders and calling regular clients to discuss orders.  You will be taking orders from the website, liaising with internal customers and external to ensure order is processed correctly and delivered in time.  They are looking for someone who has experience in the following:

  • Nav Dynamics or SAP
  • Skype and Teams
  • Courier systems
  • Working in a busy, high-pressure environment
  • IT systems
